It is often said that a crisis can bring out the best in a person. In the same way it is said that every cloud has “a silver lining”. The same can be said of a crisis that occurs in the life and business of a company, firm or organization.

Often positive changes , management structures as well as decisions by management or worker groups that may have never of happened or happened much later in time will be the direct result of a crisis in business or the functions performed by an organization. In such a manner the organization may be much better situated and prepared for upcoming changes in its marketplace, customer base and customer satisfaction perceptions. Change and crisis can be a very good thing for most companies and organizations.
